He knew NCST's DL was aggressive and we hard counted them about 5 or 6 times (and it worked). Good stuff.

Also... HOW THE **** DID THE REFS MISS THE 1 OFFSIDE? WTF

No. Overall he's still a bad OC. He has instances of good but overall, which is what matters, he is not good at all. No point in focusing on the instances of good. Focus on the whole in regards to Fisch.

He's a good OC who struggles in situations. 23-7, you pound the rock behind power 2x and throw on 3rd. A field goal there is huge.

So we put up 600+ yards, Morris throws for 500+ and some fans think Morris and Fisch suck? Interesting.

Good point, BUT.....we should have put up at least 14 more points, probably more, with better QB play on a couple of drives and better play calling.

He's a very mediocre OC. Bad is probably too strong. Pat Nix, like the super intelligent poster above mentioned was bad. Terrible even. Fisch is just very mediocre, average to below-average OC to me and this program really can't afford to wait and find out if he'll improve to eventually become above average.

Yeah but we don't score some of those points without Morris's arm strength (he was money all day on the long ball) and Fisch's playcalling.

If Cleveland doesn't drop that TD and Morris doesn't throw a bad ball to a wide open Walford we probably aren't even talking about it.

No I will not give fisch any props.. **** poor play calling and the fact that we only scored what 14 points off 6 turnovers is pathetic and reeks of "averageness"

He seems to take quarters, and entire halts, off. Said that last year. So many games, the playcalling goes into a shell for a good period of the game. Difference is, two weeks in a row, he came back andgot into the game jjust in time.

Anyway... this thread was about the useful strategy of getting NCST offsides. Jedd fisch's gameplanning week to week is up there with any OC in CFB.

Golden should clean up the redzone stuff and hopefully it's a blessing in disguise we threw the pick at the 2 today.
Better to get the wakeup call in a win.

Fisch a bad OC? Are you guys out of your minds? If you think JF is a bad OC you haven't been following Miami football for the past 6-7 years.

So lets see... We just won again with a bunch of kids and no depth to go to 4-1, and today alone were firing Fisch (whose offense put up 46 today), Coach D, and coach Carroll.

Gotta love our fan base.

Fisch's O has been lighting it up this season, and the defense hasn't been doing him any favors. Settle down people. This is what we've been waiting for for years.

He is a good OC. I always rewatch plays on my dvr and a lot of times Morris makes bad throws or he makes bad reads. Recievers were running free all day. Fisch had some beautiful route combos on those deep passes. It was no accident those recievers were so open.

I think Fisch is on the verge of being a very good OC. He just gets too cute from time to time and out thinks himself.

I thought he was awful in the 2nd quarter which opened the door for ncstate.

I just want him to commit more to the running game.

Fisch is good, but he wants to go 90 mph all the time. Sometimes you have to slow it down and use clock and run the ball between the tackles.

He's better than many are giving credit for. We're seeing plays that we've been begging for since the Dorsey days. Give it some time. Morris continues to improve, and you can't put a price to continuity at the OC spot.

The number one way to fack up a young QB is to continue to give him different OCs year in, year out.

We're dropping 40 spots on our opponents. Give it some more time.

C'mon bro we punted several times. Clearly it was Morris and Fisch' fault.Too many punts almost cost us today.....

Exactly, he gets beyond himself at times, he needs to settle it down at times. But everyone is on the team is learning.
