Gionni Paul is quietly becoming one are best LB's

Cityboy, this is just a straight up bad OP. Paul ain't close to being our best linebacker.

I understand why Golden wanted him back. He is all over the field. I had my doubts but he has made me a believer. He will be special before he leaves

What game were you watching? The guy was a step slow all night and was responsible for big plays against him. It's only a matter of time that Kirby takes his spot...

Man is he active. He is all over the field. He got the start again and led the team in tackles. He really has a nose for the ball. Currently our LB core should be

Perryman
Paul
E Johnson.

I would move Paul to MLB and slide Perryman back over to the weakside

How was he a step slow if he has led the team in tackles for two weeks in a row. He starts two weeks in a row and led the team each time. Against Notre Dame he lead the team with 11 tackles. If he is a step slow than the rest of the team must be moving in molasses.

Shayon Green led the team in tackles for most of the season, but I'd hardly say he's one of our best defenders.

Shayon Green is playing outstanding. I see what the coaches praise him a lot. we need a pass rusher to replace him on 3rd downs tho

He has a lot of tackles, but most are 4-5 or more yards down the field. He might be better than expected, but great is a little much.

Paul is better than Gaines, but he's still limping around also with the knee injury. He can take a beating on here, but 22 tackles in 2 games is very productive.

If Paul is our best linebacker, than I apologize to D'onofrio and feel we should offer him an extension for not being 119th in total defense.
