Anyway this game gets to be a night game with a reverse mirror for ABC if both us and GT win next week? 2 undefeated top 25 teams. Show the ACC some love ABC/ESPN!!!

I think on another thread someone posted that there was a possibility for a noon or 3:30 ABC time. Either way we should demolish them, they are too one dimensional and with an improved D line and linebacker corps, we shouldn't have any issues. Just hope the offense continues to get in a better rhythm heading into the rest of ACC play.

other games we might be up against for the evening time slot on ESPN:

Maryland vs FSU
Georgia vs Tenn
Ark vs U***
Ole Miss vs Aub
LSU vs Miss St

Ohio st vs NW is on ABC at 8pm

none of those games have two ranked teams playing one another. If GT wins this weekend they will be ranked, cant see either of these three teams having more appeal then ours. they can sell it as if GT wins they are in full control of the coastal along with is Miami really back? Maryland vs FSU not a big deal cause FSU still has Clem and us. Clem vs Syracuse well Syracuse sucks who wants to watch that game?

ESPN had this on the game The ACC on Monday announced that ESPN has used one of its six-day options for this year and is holding three games. The game times and networks for those games will be announced by no later than this Sunday, Sept. 29.

Saturday, Oct. 5

Clemson at Syracuse, TBA, six-day 0ption*
Maryland at Florida State, TBA, six-day option*
Georgia Tech at Miami, TBA, six-day option*

Maryland will probably be ranked higher then GT and ESPN has a hard on for SEC so LSU might get the spot

Miami really has done well against GT the past few years. I remember my first Miami game ever was that Thursday night game vs. GT at Dolphins Stadium where we rolled then number I believe 13 GT. Roll Canes.

Dolphins play the next day at 1PM. I doubt we get a night game because of that alone. At best we'll be at 3:30PM.

GT hasnt been the same since

The game has the dreaded 6 day option. Game time won't be announced until Sunday. I'd guess its the 330 ABC/ESPN mirror game

Noon seems to be working for us so far! We're a tough, disciplined team that is used to a high sun. I think it even gives us a slight advantage.
