Who will be handling the Catcher's? Even though we are allowed three paying assistants, can we hire a volunteer assistant? Like a guy coming back to finish his degree and be able to actually be on the field coaching?

From what I understood, the 3rd paid asst was added in part to stop teams from having volunteer assts, who they we just paying under the table from camps and other things.
