Someone on here mentioned in another thread that Roberts had these issues come up at Auburn.
Exactly. And if you can be fired in Alabama for saying racist things...

Geez bro someone **** in your cornflakes or what. Went a wrote an entire article when you simply could have said no it's not proven but a lot of people seem to think so.I'm just asking. Why in the **** do we have so many Hurricane fans eager to white-knight for a racist Gator coach? And jump into a legal analysis of the word "hearsay" (which, contrary to uninformed opinion, is actually admissible in court if it falls under one of the exemptions or exceptions under Rules 801, 803, and 804).
Ron Roberts has made race-oriented statements. Florida fans have discussed these statements on their board for the past year. This is not about Miami fans trying to gin something up.
Again, people can try to act like they think they know what words like "evidence" and "hearsay" mean. This isn't a criminal trial. Whether people want to believe it or not, the best evidence is nearly the entire Gator coaching staff taking lateral (non-promotion) job opportunities and/or interviewing elsewhere. Do people think this is because Ron Roberts doesn't use deoderant?

And trust me if it benefits Miami for Roberts to be **** canned for racist remarks then by all means, but I wanted to know if it was a certainty because lobbing allegations like that against someone is serious and would be bogus to attach to someone forever cuz you might be butthurt about other professional happenings.Again, you seen overly fixated on "proven".
It is very common, when someone is fired for things they have said that might be racist, sexist, or any other kind violation of respect and equal treatment, for an employer to "sweep things under the rug". You know, "not document it in the permanent record". Often, that is self-serving on the part of the employer, who does not want to look as if that kind of behavior is tolerated or overlooked.
People don't leave million-dollar jobs (which is approximately what an SEC coordinator job pays) because of how things "seem" or what they "think might have happened". If Austin Armstrong and others do everything they can to get away from working with Ron Roberts, I trust that they have some better reasons than a "rumor".

To be clear.
This is Gator Tears. I post things from the Gator boards (including the nickname "Racist Ron Roberts"). As does @RVACane (the postings, not the nickname). And @flagator86 gave me a "bingo" response.
So, no, this is not "lobbing allegations" over being "butthurt about other professional happenings". Roberts was fired after one year at Auburn, a year in which his defense improved upon the prior year, and then has backslid since he left. And now nearly his entire Gator defensive staff is working hard to get away from him.
Something is rotten there. The Gators are talking about it. I'm just reporting it.
Yeah I don’t see it , he throw the ball right for the Tulane db twice . He can move and big that’s it . He’s not some accurate dominating qb imo very midThankfully someone else feels this way and I’m not the only one. He had 12 TD’s to 9 INT’s and a QBR of 57.9 Can we please stop acting like he’s the second coming of Tebow and a guaranteed future Heisman winner?
It says overall so yes but I don’t understand how that works . 87 th portal and 8 highschool isn’t 10 overallAre portal included in class ranking now? That’s stupid asf. They should have separate rankings for the portal class. They should not be fused together. They did do pretty good in HS but that’s never a guarantee for a good class. Unless you hit on like 5-7 guys and at least 3 complete difference maker top ten pick types. Pause for hitting
Thank you. The Loon Board (Town Hall) would be the proper venue. Make sure to request @Empirical Cane (right) or @Tony4Canes (left) as your host for the best experience. There’s a “how to find *****” lesson to be learned here but it’s taking the gator hating discussion too far into politics and I’m not going there.

I thought this appropriate and funny. There’s a “how to find *****” lesson to be learned here but it’s taking the gator hating discussion too far into politics and I’m not going there.
$EC, $EC, $EC!It says overall so yes but I don’t understand how that works . 87 th portal and 8 highschool isn’t 10 overall

@TheOriginalCane has the best point on this issue of whether the UF coach is racist or made comments that are perceived as racist.
Why do we as UM fans care whether it’s true as long as it’s the perception.?! We don’t know Roberts, we don’t have any allegiance to him and certainly not to UF, and most notably, it’s the gator fans calling him racist not us. So let them burn down their own house and lets sit back and warm ourselves by the fire.
If it helps US recruiting against them, so be it.So just to recap:
Gators have a staff member who makes racist remarks, smells bad and is mean to children and small animals.
