Not just from a depth and talent acquisition perspective, but more importantly a perception. No top talent would trust what Florida offered, and might demand excessive things like 70% of the NIL money up front on the first day of NIL.

Which would then allow the player to transfer after the spring, after getting the money, setting up Florida for even more issues.

We're gonna beat the **** out of them on 8/31. They were god awful last year, and have done nothing in HS recruiting or the portal to make their team better.
