True! But, we've seen this staph can teach and develop! Plus with the 4 freshman and we don't really lose anyone from Lb room. They can develop for 2+ years!!

I think they envision Pruitt in more of a hybrid role. Frame question is fair, but if he can hit even 210-215 lbs he could be dangerous.
I'm not sure I'd call Shavers undersized. A little light and not especially tall, but he looks like a kid who could be 6'1" 220-225 lbs with ease.

For a defensive coordinator like Guidry who likes to utilize odd fronts and disguise what he's doing up front, these types will have a place here.

Of course, and to your point, steal Adarius Hayes (he's a beast) late and the 2024 LB class looks a lot better and no reasonable person can complain... especially when you stack it on the 2023 LB class.

Pruitt is 6'3, fast and can hit plus very aggressive. He is what you want. We see they like dropping all kinda man into coverag and blitz them as well. Thats the skill set
