That's your hope

UF was a losing football team last year with a generational kid who is going to go in the top 5 of the draft with a first round OG protecting him. They were your two best players and they are gone. You also lost Shorter at WR.

You QB room is a gaping pile of **** that every Gator fan is ripping Billy for.

With 40% of your 2023 OL suddenly starting for Riley and USC in September, and the best guy you brought in, Mazzccua injured, you have real line issues. Starting OG Gouraige is gone too.You added George from Bama but he wasn't good there. Do you have any returning starters back on OL? Is it zero or one? You even lost Braun to SEC rival Arkansas and Mugharbil to Colorado. He's not good but you would have used him this year.

Most of your best defenders are gone from the 2022 team (Dexter, Miller, Cox, Dean, Torrence, even Burney who sucks but would start this year) and Jalen Lee decamped to LSU. So you lost your starting safeties to the draft AND three back ups to the portal (Missouri, Pitt, Temple). Seven total DB's portaled out. Some pushed, some not.

Am I missing any?

You were ranked #18 in the transfer rankings last year and #17 this year, so its not exactly like the calvary is coming.

And then we go from there.

I would really like to know what you see. Based on your current roster, what you lost to the draft, graduation, and the portal, what you brought in, your QB situation, and what you saw last night, can you give me your honest (really, bro) guess as to how your season goes? I see no way in **** this team is nearly as good as it was last year, let alone improved. If you went 6-7 last year what do you see for 2023?

Gator fans on Twitter are all praising the DC saying he’s the real deal because of the spring performance not realizing that the offense is beyond hot garbage right now lol
As someone who is an expert in his team’s misleading spring/practice performances. This will not end well for them. Seen it pretty much every year since like 2006.

they’re beyond f^cked if they roll with Mertz. Could have told you that 3 months ago. Now watching that game just validated the takes.

You hate to see it, because their RBs are nice. But have zero line to run behind and no QB to keep a secondary honest.

They’re going to look like we did under Manny with Enos against Louisiana Tech and FIU. They’ll get trounced by Utah, McNeese will be a W…then Tennessee is easily a double digit loss.

I’ll assume they’re 3-3 heading into SCar, which is an L on the road…but don’t sleep on Vandy. I like what Clark Lea is doing there; don’t be surprised if they have a decent year for their standards. UGA is a 20+ pt loss, but the home loss to Arkansas is what breaks the camel’s back and leaves them 3-6 with a trip to Baton Rouge and Columbia (Missouri), then FSU.

3-9/4-8.

guy has to know cameras are always on.

But coaching staffs have some tight knit relationships....basically almost nothing is off limits beyond family. This is likely some inside joke.

But again...camera's man. Everywhere and then social media on top of it. I def look forward to the apology tweet.

Like when Tiger handed that guy the tampon. Guys joke, harmless. But feminist and social media warriors saw that as a great opp to get some likes and retweets.

Really? What was so funny about it? It's an internal scrimmage, and the guy is making the tossing motion to his own co-workers and/or players?

I mean, if he does that to Lane Kiffin this fall, more power. But his own team?

It looks like they where having a good time talking **** back and forth and he did the gesture.

I’d do that to a friend I was competing against.
