Tears Gator Tears

If you back and look at my posts in the JR thread there was a couple weeks where I didn’t think things were looking good. That’s the period when I was told they were getting tired of the negotiations and were at the point they were prepared to walk away. Communication had all but stopped. As I’d said ” UF always had the best offer but he wasn’t big on living in Gainesville , he wanted to live in Miami”. UF just got desperate at the end and blew our offer away.
Oh yeah I don’t doubt that. I 100% think the Mario has the patience of someone who knows what the game is but I’m also sure he doesn’t really want to play bull**** which is why I am intrigued when the full story of Cormani actually comes out

I have no inside info but i think this was orchestrated by whoever paying them for a documentary. If he was shopping u would have heard UF, Bama etc. All therr is is Deion kicking tires like he did with Shemar, or he back at UM. And for me if DVD stays here here is where he signs. Dont see it as the same **** with Rashada

Has he ever gotten anything right?

I also have a feeling if it was ANYONE else but the Gator on the other side and the headlines leading up to his commitment were not propping this up as a UM/UF battle he would have walked sooner. Mario hates the gator as much as we do.

This is a clear violation. They’re not supposed to be connected let alone overtly so
Thats what im thinking. Whether the NIL gets resolved or not should have no bearing on them releasing him from his LOI. Its quite blatant and everything they accused us of.

Agree. It’s different when UF is involved , they don’t want to lose to
them.

Agree.

I kept telling folks UF was the threat even though they weren’t considered a threat at the time. I got some snickers or “I don’t see it “ when I first mentioned them.
Well if them man start outbidding themselves i totally thought it was plausible. Even with Malik they did that. But im starting to look at it like they thought they could pull a fast one like they doing to Rashada. Offer insane money then think they dont have to pay after they sign the LOI. Thats a crooked game and very long term damaging.

Look, I'm not disagreeing AT ALL with anyone on this and how it is different.

I'm just saying if the NCAA gets a chance, they will make a stink, even if it's just to create a "cloud" and hurt us in the public eye. We should know this from history. I mean, they just met with Ruiz this year (which UM set the meeting up) and it turned into "NCAA investigating Miami and Ruiz" headlines.
Yeah and it turned out they wanted advice on how to run a proper NIL or some ****.

Why do people continue to run with this documentary bull****?

The mom told Manny Navarro that as an excuse to not have Cormani have to speak with him. Then Blustein repeated the story.

Numerous reporters have said there is nobody following him around recording, there was nobody at the Orlando All-Star practices, nobody at his practices, etc so let's just STFU about this documentary horse****.

mmmm i didn't know that. But i dont think u know what tin foil means. It has to have zero basis other than someones imagination. That was reported by reporters. So if its false, thats a different issue.

Btw question. Is the only way they could be doing a documentary is having a camera following him around at the state title game? I gave credence to it because they said he was very chatty but when it was on record, thats when he clammed up.

Prosecutors? This isn't a criminal case.

It would be a civil case between the Rashadas and UiF.

Again, if the lawsuit is over HOW THE NON-RELEASE FROM AN LOI has damaged Jaden's ability to enroll elsewhere and get an NIL deal, then the only relevance of other offers is to establish that Jaden has damages, i.e., that the non-release (after non-payment) constitutes a restriction on his ability to enroll elsewhere, play football, and earn NIL money.

The "what were the terms" question is IRRELEVANT as to the issue of non-release from the LOI. That's strictly a UiF issue, and anything else has no bearing on the case.

You're bringing up a bunch of other bull****, like "talk shows" and "books" that have no bearing on an actual lawsuit that would be filed over the failure to grant an LOI release.
But on Law and Order the other day.........
