We gotta learn from this grandpa how to stand our ground against the gattas….And he didn't flinch even a **** inch. That guy has nerves of steel.
I wouldn’t even define his time at FIU as a struggle. He was building a program from scratch and FIU has gotten anywhere close to the capability Mario had them at.Can’t even get worked up about that one. He either doesn’t know the nuances of all of that, specifically Mario’s HC record or is willfully ignoring it. He said it best, Mario had win percentage of 73% in a P5. He struggled at FIU but he was only 35 in his first HC roll for a team that was the worst and had just moved up in classification. Ultimately his record is 62-60 but that doesn’t tell the full story.
I was strictly using struggle to describe his W/L record. It was an uphill battle for the reasons you described. Either way, agreed, anyone looking at that situation objectively would never hold it against him. The funny thing is that the rest of the CFB world holds him in high regard, especially Bama. I mean we saw Finebaun defending our honor because of Mario. Also, the funny part is that UF wanted Mario, but there were really only two jobs Mario would have left Oregon for and his first choice came calling.I wouldn’t even define his time at FIU as a struggle. He was building a program from scratch and FIU has gotten anywhere close to the capability Mario had them at.
So that would put him towards the back of the first round? It’s actually 6 career interceptions in 66 career attempts. He would shatter the record for most interceptions thrown in a full season.
Well yeah, but he's completed almost 30 of them.Exactly. Kaaya was a two year starter when the draft hype started. Richardson has like 70 career pass attempts
I've never understood that. The coaching staff insisted on running a D that gave up 35+ a game and somehow Kaaya and Duke were the problem.Exactly. That's all I'm sayin'. I realize things with Brad didn't turn out as well as hoped, but at least there was some legitimacy to his projection. I'm tired of CANES FANS trying to turn him into a punchline. Kid was freakin' great, had a lot of heart, could have benefitted from some more development, but I'll always be a fan of him and his family.
I ain't gotta learn sh*t.We gotta learn from this grandpa how to stand our ground against the gattas….
I’m a fan of them criticizing our offensive line and claiming that they actually have a line. Imagine if Zion Nelson played for them, they’d be hyping him up as a top five pick in the draftView attachment 203305View attachment 203306View attachment 203307View attachment 203308View attachment 203309View attachment 203310View attachment 203311View attachment 203312View attachment 203313View attachment 203314View attachment 203315View attachment 203316View attachment 203317View attachment 203318View attachment 203319View attachment 203320View attachment 203321View attachment 203322View attachment 203323View attachment 203324

I could have sworn the Gators told me they were DBU
