Yea, def would be. I wish we could have him recruit LB's for us. Jay Bateman is KILLING us with all these misses. Losing on Bryant wouldn't have been so bad had he been recruiting Lewis Carter earlier and had locked up Pup Howard. He's been a disaster so far with no end in sight

Unfortunately for you guys, as we saw with golden and Diaz, Bateman is Napier’s ceiling for lb coach. If he could have hired someone better he would have. And after Bateman digs you guys into that hole, there’s almost zero chance that a better coach will fill his spot
