CIS should hire an intern to snapshot and post all of Smurphys posts leading up to signing day and the days after. That dude is gonna need to be put in a straight jacket if this thing falls apart for Ole Billy. I’d like a front row seat.View attachment 184671View attachment 184672View attachment 184673View attachment 184674View attachment 184675View attachment 184676View attachment 184677View attachment 184678View attachment 184679View attachment 184680View attachment 184681View attachment 184682View attachment 184683View attachment 184684View attachment 184685View attachment 184686View attachment 184687View attachment 184688View attachment 184689View attachment 184690View attachment 184691
I guess I spoke too soon on my last post. Looks like Smurphys emotional arc is trending downwards sooner than I expected.
If you’re considering college football before 1990, and why wouldn’t you, Texas has had a far superior program to Florida.Because I read something about a Texas vs. Florida exchange.
Historically speaking, Texas > Florida and it's not even close.
Took a look at the records since 1990 cause I am bored. If you’re considering college football before 1990, and why wouldn’t you, Texas has had a far superior program to Florida.
They were also pretty crappy in the 90’s (74-44) especially 91-97 (46-34). That Cotton Bowl game crushed their program until the Ricky Williams years in the late 90’s.Took a look at the records since 1990 cause I am bored.
Texas: 275-130 (0.679)
Florida: 285-109 (0.72)
The gap is smaller than we think lol
What hurts Texas is the recent poor stretch of seasons.
This is the wayMost underachieving program is definitely a topic worth discussing, but the answer is always gators on gator tears, noles on nole tears.
I’m going with ND. 1 NC in 45 years in 1988 which was BS. Their whole allure is stuff that happened pre 1950 and going up against Miami in the 80sTexas has them beat by a long shot.
It seems to me that the gator was comfortable breaking the rules to have some level of success. Then NIL comes along and Miami has a renewed commitment to success along with a wealthy benefactor. Now the system is rigged, the gator collective is flush with cash (more than Ruiz) and isn't spending because?
The next few years are going to give me a schadenfreude overdose.
I'd ask them if they like Amber Heard, then we know whats upI just don’t get the complaint from the reptiles. On the one hand they say their collective, or whatever the **** they call it, has plenty of money to run a successful NIL program, and then in the same breath cursing Cruz/Miami Miami as doing something wrong/illegal/unsustainable. Just a massive disconnect.
What is their specific argument?

Oh idk, she might take a **** in your bed, cut your middle finger off with a bottle of vodka and rams a door against your head with full force, but other than that, it seems fine. What's not to like?

The crazies are a lot of fun, but never, NEVER pass their best by date.Oh idk, she might take a **** in your bed, cut your middle finger off with a bottle of vodka and rams a door against your head with full force, but other than that, it seems fine.
