@RVACane and others.
Stunning, how stupid the Gaytor porsters are being.
1. Yes, the IC slot at Florida is burned. Walker got financial aid at UF for the first time in Spring 2020 and will get financial aid at UM for the first time in Fall 2020. Yes, he will be an IC twice within one calendar year. [And, no, he will not count towards 2021-2022 for Miami]
2. I want to know how you drive from Miami to Gainesville in 4 hours max. Quarantine traffic and speed limits?
3. Can someone explain why these Gaytors are so dense to think that it MUST be tampering for Walker to pick Miami so quickly? We recruited him for years, he had a standing offer a few months ago, and nothing has happened between January and today to give Miami any extra OLs. Why is this a big mystery that can ONLY be solved by "tampering"?
4. I love the Gaytor porsters who are clutching their pearls over Alabama paying players and then acting like the Gaytors don't. It's the SE-freakin-C, and Florida signs classes just a few notches behind Alabama. The entire SEC is paying for it (except for Vandy).
5. Here we go again with the "homesick"/"mentally weak" storylines. Even if this was true, doesn't it seem CONVENIENT and/or shockingly negligent that the Gaytors keep misidentifying these issues during recruiting AND it happens to their highest-ranked recruits? Good lord, you would think the Gaytor coaches could figure this out, since the "mental weakness" seems to overwhelm these kids within a couple of months of moving to Hogtown, it's not like it is some hidden character trait for 4 years. ****, this seems to make the argument that Mullet should recruit only high-character 3-stars, because the Gaytors keep bombing with the Top 100 types.
6. Oh, and what in the FVCK do these Gaytors think happens during recruiting, when they rip a kid for wanting immediate playing time (particularly when he was PROMISED immediate playing time by the Gaytor corches). I've seen thousands of Gaytor porsts where they claim they have the "upper hand" with a recruit due to favorable depth chart, but when a kid chooses that option at another school, suddenly he "doesn't want to compete". Ridiculous.
7. I'm just laughing at the Gaytor porster who is complaining about the commitment edit.
8. And the Gaytor porster who has never heard of the State of Miami.
