I said "that much" talent. My point is, that's not why they got killed. They got killed because they were 60 minutes away from the playoffs and then their season ended. Motivation was a much bigger factor in that game than players missing. We all saw what happened the previous season when those 2 teams played and both were motivated to play.

And again, is yet another reason why 2019 UF = 2018 Miami. 2 teams with a lot of false hope from the previous season who aren't nearly as good as their fans think they are.

Title IX requires (among other things) that the university investigate sexual assault complaints. Therefore, a football coach can't rely on the old standby excuse of "well, the police have not yet filed charges, so I don't have to suspend the player". In essence, if the university is investigating, the football team (which, contrary to popular opinion, IS a part of the university) has to take action consistent with the university's actions.

I would also point out that the summer can be a slow time for university investigation/disciplinary processes, thus a player might be "indefinitely suspended" and not have a full hearing until fall semester starts. Which, given the timing of our game, may not be soon enough (assuming a "not-guilty" outcome) for the player to return to the team for Week Zero.

We will be fine chances are Stew and Stanton gunna be a 1 game suspension if any that’s up to Dan and I heard we are looking to bring in a transfer (idk who) to deal with the loss of Huggings bc nobody knows how long that process will go so look out for transfer talks in LB and Safety's

seems like Stewart could have a 3 game suspension on deck. Pure speculation, but he sat last year vs. UGA. If this is strike two, its 3 games.
