If this is true.. wtf would Edwards leave if the rcb is down to third string and there's no assurance that wilson will be able hold the starting spot. Just weird. I would think that this can't be true or that those guys are really disconnected in the gaytes locker room. Not sure why someone would leave with that much playing time available. Man, we could be looking at 3rd and 4th stringers playing serious minutes on the 24th.
He’s transferring out but I can’t understand why. He’s been in trouble there so maybe he wants a new start???

I think they moved Whittemore to WR too.

yep he's starting out at WR.

There's not really much to overthink here as far as CB is concerned. Wilson and Hendo are the starters, the three freshmen are the back ups and if needed, they cooooooould slide Dean back outside if he hasn't outgrown the CB position and Huggins just moves into the STAR position. It's gonna be on the DL to apply pressure, constant pressure.

Who after Zuniga is a credible threat to do that?

Jeff Thomas and Henderson should be a good match up to watch. I cant wait until 8-24.

They were calling him a troll. But he gave a radio station that the report was supposedly on so we’ll see.

The call letters of the radio station were incorrect, though the mistake was that he typed X where there should have been a C (yes, I did my LLM-Tax degree at UF and I live in Orlando, so I know a lot of these radio stations). The station is not a sports station, it's a news station, so I think he may have heard a summary report about the kids who were NOT YET qualified, and he got it mixed up as them DEFINITELY going to JuCo.

But, lord, I hope his post comes true.

Zachary Carter/Jeremiah Moon /John Greenard (transfer from UofL) are going to be the DE's opposite of Zuniga. Carter started to come on the last two games and has all the talent in the world, but still need to show it when going up against starters.

Really is going to be a darn good match up. I remember wishing that our staff had went after JT and recruited him out of high school. He's special. Hendo is REALLY good but we'll see how he holds up now with attention on him.

Sure. And injuries never happen, guys can be on the field for every single snap, ACL injuries heal perfectly every time, you only need 3 CBs on the field no matter how many WRs the offense sends out, and Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy are all real.

I don't care about how Henderson will hold up under the pressure of attention, I care about how Wilson's ACL will hold up under the pressure of playing full-speed against Miami's WRs.

"This feels like Mullen not putting up with any legal crap alleged or not. Zero tolerance."

Florida coach Dan Mullen’s strong, personal beliefs about violence toward women haven’t resulted in a zero-tolerance policy for his program.

Although Mullen expressed disappointment in having two players and a staff member accused of violence toward women in the past month, he acknowledged Wednesday that he’d “be hypocritical if you look at my history to say to that is a 100% deal.”

Mullen’s past experiences explain why safety Brian Edwards and Otis Yelverton, an assistant director of player personnel, remain part of the program.

“Obviously, anybody that knows me, I like to take an extremely strong stance on that,” Mullen said before a stop on his annual booster tour. “I don’t see anything acceptable about that, any violence against women, whether it’s a violent act or a wrongful sexual act toward women. But I also like to have all the information before making final decisions.”

Well, the charges were dropped (likely that the victim did not cooperate with police), so now Mullet has all the information.

So NOW he is pushing Edwards out?

Makes no sense at all.

It is nonsense. Here is all the information Mullen needs - is the guy a key player or not. After letting Simmons around his program after that video, it tells you all you need to know about him and what he learned from working under Urban Meyer.

I also don't think he was pushed out about that. Probably didn't help, but if he was getting pushed out because of that, it would have happened months ago.
