Garcia ineligible.

The fan base has lost its mind over a poor scheme fit with above average but not incredible talent. There are several less heralded croots who would make us so much happier over the long run than Garcia, no disrespect to the kid.

100%. Miami should focus on a DT QB. I know Lashlee has had traditional QBs and done well, but a big reason that the OL looks so much better is Kings running ability. I think the primary focus going forward should be a dual threat QB unless an all-world, once in a generation 5 star pro style QB (like a Trevor Lawrence) wants in. I don't think Garcia fits that description. Ultimately I have full confidence in Lashlee to make the right pick- which hopefully is the QB he already landed when he was at SMU, Preston Stone.

You're willing to dissolve your marriage just to get your kid to play a year of HS football when you could have gone to any number of states closer to home and NOT had to do that? I don't feel no type of way about this, can't eem lie.

Having him in this offense would completely take away the run /zone read threat. Which takes away a good bit of the playbook. On top of that nothing about this kid blows me away.
I’d take him over Kosi or Martell in a heartbeat. I think Martell is done. Kosi is nothing more than a backup. Van Dyke is the future. Lashlee did well without a true dual threat QB at SMU. The OL should be much better next season. You take a kid that can throw the rock and has his balls.

Be very careful about being impressed with some dudes “running ability”.
plenty of qb’s ran all over the place in high school and get to d1 and barely can get 5 yards. Especially at the p5 level.

really bull****. he did what the rules allowed. He should not be punished for this. GHSA is a **** *** organization, worse than NCAA. they got embarrassed. they did nothing wrong within the rules.
He didn’t follow the rules. He’s the idiot or someone in his circle decided to talk to the media about how he got around the loophole while currently in high school with football games left.

If you are going to try to game the system probably a good idea to keep your mouth shut.

Agree with this. Don't make a rule and get upset when someone games you to take advantage.

I want a QB who can sling it good. Its great to have run threat, but only if they can throw as well and can read the defenses or we end up with that guy from Virginia.

Btw does Van Dyke have any chance of being good here? He is big as ****, remind of the Klein guy from K State a little while back. In any case the transfer rules have been a blessing overall. U can snatch kids from bum programs and bring them in immediately if they see opportunities
Garcia's recruitment is a mess and he'll probably stick with USC (parents need to back off).

Van Dyke is not the answer.

They didn't dissolve their marriage. The filed a separation agreement. They were/are still married.

I would say 100 yard td, not 99. And I'm not talking about a catch and run. I need him to throw it 100 yards in the air.
good idea yes GIF by Robert E Blackmon

exactly.

first rule of fight club, my friend.

there's a reason that the cheating goes unreported in SEC country. people know how to keep their yappers shut.

the one's that don't? well, you see what happens.

having seen the kid play in person three times, having spoken with his HS coach, having talked to a UM coach, as well as one of my former Yale teammates who is a D-1 coach and scouted the kid through HS, I can pretty much tell you:

your post is the most absurd crock of ***** i've seen on CIS in weeks. and that's saying something.

the kid is the real deal. he stays healthy, and keeps working, TVD has the goods to be an All-ACC QB and then some.

ask roman marciante or @Liberty City El who've also seen the kid up close.
