Would be good if we had a little more power. The D is good and baserunning too
Galvin, Cuvet and Hudson will get the power going as the season goes on. I'm just glad we got over a major hump today. The last two days were unexcusable from a hitting POV. I get the frustration on the board and its largely warranted, but this team is going to continue to have these days where they show what they can be at times

Nice Win to even the series up for at least another year. Overall weekend ……
Hitting C
Defense B
Starting pitching A
Bullpen C

I would say

Hitting: C-
Defense: A-
Starting Pitching: B
Bullpen: D
Heart: A

As much as I’ve criticized both Gino & JD, one thing I will say is the teams under their watch have showed grit even if it’s not the most talented bunch of guys. With better pitching + grit, we should be improved overall.

I really like Ogden at the clean-up spot or leading off. I think his aggressiveness pays bigger dividends at the 4 hole, but his maturity in grinding out at bats lends himself to a spot at the top of the order. With that being said I've had this idea since the fall about Galvin leading off due to his ability to just put bat to ball and be a sparkplug. I think that could be a possibility to keep the Left Right matchup that JD seems to love. What do y'all think?

I would be fine with Ogden or Galvin leading off. Probably Ogden since Galvin figures to hit for more power.

Ogden . After that 11 pitch ab single . He deserves to be the leadoff guy
Agree. In the modern game, you want one of your best hitters and RBI guys in that spot for late inning opportunities. Torres is nowhere near ready for it and you don't want to pinch hit w the game on the line.

Give Peralta the start in RF.
Ogden needs to be the leadoff hitter.
I'm still wondering if anyone besides Cuvet can hit 10 homers this season?
