He going to have to hire 1 or 2 guys for his offense...either TE, OL, or both. Likely a WR coach as well unless he allows us to get Trooper Taylor/another guy.

This of course has nothing to do with his hire at the OC position but I figured it was worth a mention, since it seems to concern so many on here.
So let me reiterate, he hired Donofrio to be his defensive coordinator. True story.

If he hadn’t hired Onofrio, he would still be the head coach at Houston and wouldn’t be available to us. There’s no such thing as an unblemished OC candidate with previous head coaching experience.
