Terry barely had any positive momentum on his part and still laid his *** out. Thanks for the gif.

It was a fantastic block, I can't wait for Terry to get an entire year of strength and conditioning, kid is going to hurt someone.

Kid has earned a schollie IMO, I love watching him play, even on defense, he always seems to be around the ball.

Love the block (and athleticism). Even in fall practice, he seemed to lay monster hits. Aside from his obvious youth do you guys have any thoughts on why Terry has been unable to crack the two deep at LB yet? If we've got Fentress ballin, would like to see how Terry does lining up at WILL.

That's gotta be where his wrestling background comes into effect right? That was all leverage right there.

Yes, 100%. his hips were lower and he got an upwards push on the other guy, who came in too high.

EDIT: Nevermind, I realized that foul was called on another player.

i was getting annoyed that they didn't replay that on the big screen. i think everyone in the stadium thought the refs called a bogus penalty on terry...

From the stands it looked like the player that the refs claimed got blocked in the back just slipped. Dorsett ran right by him so he turned to go pursue him up field and his feet came out from underneath him. One of our guys was right next to him, but it didn't look like he even touched him to me. I'd be anxious to see a replay of that.

He is just a one trick pony at this point, and that is pass rush. And maybe Fentress is better at timing his blitz? I feel pretty confident that in a couple of years this kid and O'Donnell will be absolute gems for us.

Fentress reminds me of my old days back at UM watching Rohan Marley play. Short, light (205-210), but plays the LB position by simply throwing his body around and zooming after the ball.
