DLine has zero push and has regressed by the week. Average ACC OL's are having their way with us

LB's are fooled by any eye candy or misdirection. Mauinoga's (spelling) draft stock has plummeted. Dude was an All-ACC player last year and now look like Thurston Armbrister

DB's are his bread and butter and teams gameplan to attack them. Frederique has turned out to become the steal of the class and he's gonna be great. Jaden Harris awful angles are the same every game and is the squeaky wheel. Dude was all over the place against Florida and now looks like a AJ Highsmith.

We should not accept "well this is just who we are" when it's getting worse by the game. Not sure, if the defense is too complex for our guys as they constantly look out of place, late or not set or if he just refuses to make changes stuck in "we just gotta execute" coach talk. We flat out suck on defense and there's no other way to spin it.

I agree with your observations. Imagine if we had an average offense this season.

I looked up at the scoreboard. GT had 240 rush yards and an 11 point lead.

It’s 1st down, gt has the ball and they are lined up in a run heavy formation

I see 2 down lineman for us


I’m no expert, but that’ll do. It’s ******* week 10.

Not trying to slurp Prime but just an observation from catching their games from earlier in the year to now. Their defense is night and day better than a few weeks ago. What changed? I see simplicity. I see a DC that said eff it back to the basics. You get him, you get him, this your gap, and this your gap. Their ends are getting up the field creating havoc now. Lbs are playing faster and just reacting now. Secondary play is better across the board. Guys are not looking lost out their anymore. They see the ball then get the ball. It is ok sometimes to go back to the basics. Guidry has to put that pride to the side and look in the mirror.

Deion has done a really good job there. He’s hired good coaches.

Did y’all see Jaden’s effort on GT 1st touchdown? He got juked outta his shoes but he didn’t wanna tackle dude AT ALL! He just threw his arm out & fell! He didn’t even breakdown! It happened right in the endzone in front of me & my nephew! That effort was pathetic

He does that every game trust me, his body flies by the runner and his back arm is reaching backwards. Just watch him attemp to tackle it happens everytime.

Every sign of poor coaching. Regression, confusion, lack of fundamentals, flawed scheme. Another good tell is when the DCs position group is the worst on the team. How was his defense so good at Marshall?
