Coming in from Boston for the game. Recs on how to have a good game day experience (when to get to the stadium, hurricane walk, etc)? I bought a yellow parking pass as that was the only parking available.

Get to the stadium ASAP. All lots open 5 hours early.

You will be on the east side of the stadium. Hurricane Walk takes place just west of the stadium.

Coming in for the game with the misses, staying out in Ft. Lauderdale. Had planned to take a Lyft or Uber to the game as I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of parking, etc. is that as much as hassle on game day coming and leaving?

I ****ed up and decided to Uber to the VT game last month instead of driving to the stadium. That was the my first and last time trying that approach.

My hotel was in Aventura and only 10 minutes from the stadium and I thought it would be a good idea to Uber and avoid driving to and from the stadium. The Uber ride took an hour and a half to get to the stadium that day.

Uber driver was from Columbia and didn’t speak a lick of English which was cool with me until dude got lost. He tried to dump me off in a subdivision in the hood after his gps told him we had arrived at our destination. I had to dig into the little bit of Spanish I know and I was finally able to get us to the stadium. Granted, it was 4 pm on a Friday and the Miami traffic was a nightmare but 1.5 hours?

I met up with a buddy at the game and he was kind enough to hook me up with a ride to my hotel after the game. I can’t even imagine what a nightmare it would have been trying to catch an Uber back to the hotel that night.

Do yourself a favor and rent a car. Get to the stadium early. Park and enjoy one of the best tailgate scenes in the country.

If you decide to Uber. May peace be with you and I wish you the best of luck!

First time getting down to a game since I graduated and I'm staying at the Hard Rock. Anyone know if they have shuttles from the hotel? I'm planning on being too liquored up to rent a car but I don't want to be sitting outside the stadium till 1AM waiting for an Uber 😂

I’ve only taken an Uber once and it was a 3pm game vs Virginia so there wasn’t any hassle in the slightest.

Appreciate you sharing this.

As someone living in Orlando, I've thought of the Brightline -> Uber to hotel -> Uber to Hard Rock Stadium scenario and if that would be faster/easier etc.

if you take uber or lyft, you'll be dropped off over a mile and a half away. not worth it. rent a car and get there early and you'll have no issues.

again, i dont recommend ride sharing!
