I still think he ends up at OL. He is primarily a blocker when he plays TE and he has actually been playing tackle lately.

This kid has been a good pickup from the beginning and its nice to see him getting some recognition for it, especially since we were on him from the get go.

What did you expect? The name wasn't **** at first when he committed, so fans got turned off. Now the name is getting **** and now they want in.

I think its more because his highlights were mostly blocking. However some people that saw more than his games said his hands were really good when he needs them but obviously you need TEs that can block as well, which he is.
Still not sure if he ends up a TE, especially with the emergence of Travis Johnson, though he is much more a pass catcher, but Kerr is a nice looking prospect with lots of different skills that we can use.

Bottom line is we need TEs because ours suck cack.
We need 2-3, they need to come in early also because we need them NOW.

Agreed. I don't see a TE on the roster that can't be quickly replaced.

Here are my 2 pennies
1. Clive is garbage, utter garbage. He would be a good volleyball setter but is a bad receiver and his blocking isn't that good. Would cut.
2. Cleveland is okay but not that good. I wouldn't cut him yet if he can play well over the spring and improve his game.
3. Perry, no clue. Doesn't seem to good but who knows. Would cut.
4. Dye, decent blocker. Wouldn't cut him.
5. White, must be placed on IR or booted. Has done nothing but been injured.
IMO, keep Cleveland and Dye. Replace the other three, with the incoming three. Net effect is zero in terms of numbers.
