Greenberg Traurig has done an excellent job in preparing a very compelling case against the ACC to challenge the fundamental legitimacy of the GOR and it's SEVERE WITHDRAWAL PENALTY. Miami needs to join the action.

The ACC might as well be the federal government. Almost everyone involved in signing this ****** deal, is still employed, negotiations and meetings about it aren’t public, and now they’re asking for hundreds of millions of dollars from taxpayers to foot the bill to unscrew what they, themselves screwed.

Filing in the state of Florida was a good move. Apparently they were told that while the ACC could move for a change of venue, it would be a huge uphill climb for them to get that to happen.

Just because we don't hear anything coming from Miami doesn't mean we aren't involved or looking at all options as well.

FSU is just the loudest one in the room at the moment.

If they want to take the lead on this that's fine, but they'll want allies in this from other schools especially if it can help dissolve the conference.
