The anticipated QB portal - at least at this point - doesn't look as good as this year. They'd need to portal in a completely new team. They can't catch up with recruiting in one cycle.

Money talks. If you pay enough, you can convince a guy to transfer. But you’re right, it’s gone take more than a QB. Nobody could afford to rebuild that roster in on cycle.

That's what's remarkable about this game, and what's so telling about FSU. This is NOT a good Memphis team. They're an average bowl team at best.
