3)A freshmans success will depend on Coley play calling
4)hope they are more teddy than Barkley

To be honest I want kaaya to win the job and hopfully watch him for the next 3/4 years don't don't have to worry who will be under center.

11-1 83 Canes... Oh and National Champs.

83' Canes had a great D 14' Canes not so much

Yeah, 83' had a lot more D than Cornhuskers were use to and played great, BUT it was the offense that stunned them in that game. Bernie was single biggest reason we won. Kid was so calm and cool that Huskers thought they were back in the frozen cornfields. That defense was not the monster of later years, although I am sure it could walk on field and be at least a top 15 defense today.
