But nah “coach rumph can turn any 2 star player into a 3rd/4th rd draft pick” either you have Xs & Os or Jimmy and Joe’s kind of coaches. Or be like Clemson and hire 2 positional coaches, one for recruiting one for coaching and development. In that case keep rumph, fire Banda and find a savage on the trail that you can pair with Rumph.

Banda are Rumph are good coaches. But in college football you have to be a good recruiter. Getting 3 stars and making them third rounders is nice but getting blue chips and making them first rounders is nicer.
