Something I didn't know: During surgery after getting shot, doctors think he might have suffered brain damage due to all the blood loss.

If true, it's probably better that he left us. Wouldn't have wanted to see him in a deteriorated state. He's free now.

Bullet hit the artery in his thigh ....if EMTs had been able to somehow stop the blood loss he's still with us. Senseless... Still stings

I know Sean Taylor wore #26 for the U but he also wore #21 for Redskins, which is the # all of his teammates wore to honor his life after his death.

RIP to one of the greatest players to ever play the game.
