Flying Banners during Satellite Camps...

"I can remember when Miami used to hang banners, now they just fly them"

Its hilarious but a bad idea, OSU's band alone has a bigger and more supportive fanbase than our football team. Its the equivelant of north korea talking **** to the US and China.

Cmon, how you gonna down vote this? Totally true. We'd fly 2 banners, and osu would have banners flying over every game, campus, and Richt's house. Too many of those *****es to get into a financial ****ing match.

Only if the banners worked in our favor, then they'd be some type of violation.
 
I think a banner would be excellent idea. let it be known they are not welcome.

Nah, it has nothing to do with being afraid of opposing fan bases.

The point is the banner served its purpose.
The school did its part in firing Golden and hiring a pretty decent coach.
Now it is time for the fan base to step up.
Start donating to the program, start showing up and, paraphrasing a former President,
ask what we can do for the program instead of what the program can do for us.
We need to start pulling some heavy weight for the program we profess to love.
And that's not attempting to start a silly social media campaign to get other people
else to spend money on a banner.
Show up to the games, especially you locals.

I was joking about the sissy part. My point was that we should just pick certain battles with some schools/fanbases AFTER we have the on-field performance to negate their response. I agree with everything else you stated.
