Some will transfer.

Chase smith likely graduates and is done.

One of the younger guys not seeing the field will leave.

So likely 3 to 4 LB will be gone off this roster

We are going into the portal for a starting MLB. We aren't turning Wiley away. If Marcelin is a 3 down LB, I will be surprised. The whole middle of the D is coming from the portal, basically.

Alderman and Mauigoa are Seniors. Smith is a RS Junior (who, if they're ruthless, they'll push out the door).

They should. He is toast. Dudes knee is so jacked he can hardly run. Hate it for the kid but his career is over at Miami.

I thought alderman had one more year but he isn’t good anyways so fine with him being done.

That whole room needs a revamp.

They trying to continue to transform that LB room with taking 4 after getting Hayes & Pruitt last cycle. Get as many talented guys and let them compete. Same thing as CB position where we only lose porter but we taking like 5 CBs

I don't know about finding a starter at MLB Popo should be able to take that spot over in his 3rd year . But we could get a backer for depth rotation

We’re going to have to let a couple guys go unless they raise the roster limit

can hardly run and is still faster than Kiko.
 
I can see us having room for wiley even with afford and the rest of the bunch…

We lose Kiko, Wes (you know he’s gonna leave early a true can tradition these last 20years), Chase is a senior, alderman I can being asked to leave and I wouldn’t be suprised if someone like Bobby leaves for more playing time

That’s a lot of open spots on top of having room for an impact transfer to play with Popo and Bryant next year
 
All we need for next year is one portal guy for depth along with these guys
