I didn't see a foul called. Winston ducked at the last second, looked like he got hit with the bicep.

Yeah, who knows what a foul is anymore. I'm guessing the referee took in to account that Winston ducked, initiating the helmet contact.

Not sure how I feel about him at RB. Obviously has great speed but he doesn't have the build, at least a typical RB build. Long and lean is not a good recipe for a back.
