First good news in a month - 2025 ticket price (per game) declines

I’m not a season-ticket holder, but I assume that increased ticket revenue does help the schools NIL war chest????

With the advent of revenue sharing, I would expect schools across the nation to raise ticket, parking, & other prices to offset this new added line item for the AD.

That part is true. And to slightly revise what I said above, ticket revenues do not CURRENTLY feed NIL. But as the lines between NIL and salary blur in the next few seasons, then yes, the extra revenue will be able to help.

Wait so people are mad that their season tickets for 8 games cost more than their season tickets for 6 games?

Just saw my invoice.

TOTAL ticket price went up 18.5%.

But because we have 8 home games instead of 6, the PER GAME price went down.

Another brilliant win for the marketing team in the Athletic Department, who waged a long and informative campaign to prepare us all for higher ticket prices well in advance....
so does the price go down in 2026 when we have fewer games?
