This scene is great with todays audience. They start off uncomfortable but then get suckered in with the punchline. This scene aged great

I just thought of another one. How about Frank shooting at his own car that got out of control? His face when he realized that he was the one that caused the accident. Or how about the many times he can't park the freaking car lmao. I love this movie

This happens in the SEC all the time and no one says a thing, if it happens in the ACC its garbage. This team before the season had holes and that cant be fixed with some play calling.....we dont have top end depth yet like everyone believes. Mario said in on college gameday the roster is not there yet, he basically told yall goofy's and ya still do not listen. Dude is the most honest HC we ever had but ya want the team to be the 01 Canes, I got news for you they are not the 01 Canes. We are not there yet. Its a good team, not an elite team.

The SEC has good teams, the ACC is a bunch of middle tier fodder at best. I don't pay attention to what other fans say or don't say.

Yes, we had holes, but holes have never been easier to fill, even if it costs money.

You shouldn't need a lot of depth it beat Cal. Yes we're missing some players, but mostly healthy.

Roster issues in his 3rd season, that's the excuse? Fine if so, but no other coach in our history has been given this kind of leeway.

Goofy's, STFU, I'd say the goofs are the ones who listen to what a coach says. I'll look at the product on the field and go from there. Cool, he's honest though, never cared about that either.

Was anyone actually saying we're the '01 team? I sure as heck wasn't. Of course we want that, you do too, but weird addition to your post.

Yes, we're not elite, was just talking this point last week. Still, we're at least 10 points better than Cal and those are your words and not mine. I happen to agree with you on that. So there was a problem that night and dearly beloved Saint Mario needs to get it figured out. That is if we fault the staff at all anymore since his August presence arrived.

Ummmm.... We did beat Cal.

They aren't great, but also are not some pushover. Cal, literally, had the number 1 scoring defense in the country, until we put up 39 on them. Anyone that did not see the trap being laid (absolutely no one should be playing football from 11pm - 220am) from a mile away was fooling themselves. Cal +11.5 was easy money. But, survive and advance. Would you rather be Bama or Tennessee or Mizzou or USC or...?

Check the posts before the game. Blowout city was predicted. Nobody was saying, but they have the #1 scoring defense in the country. People weren't saying trap game either, just survive and advance, and most posters laughed at the time being a factor.

"If things are even, as in the score, it could be the difference. I'll just say I speak from experience and the rest of you can go back to acting like you know what it's like being a collegiate athlete in this type of situation.

The staff will do it's best to minimize it and are doing so by leaving a day early. Anytime you change routines, yes college athletes have routines they get used to, it can be a factor. They have like or similar routines that try and accommodate start times, but this is completely different.

Let's just hope it isn't close. That we're just better than them all around. I'm not saying we can't win a close one, but this gametime is closer to Cal's norm than it is ours."


Your last sentence, what's your point? Everyone here has the same answer. We'd rather be a team that won.

Exactly. The point is (should be) obvious - a win's a win, obviously. Yet, here you are, for the nth time, having to defend your original post. When people have the opinion that they don't feel good about a win, it seems useful to point out the alternative - i.e. you could lose to Vandy or Arkansas (gOoD SEC teams).

I think some of these teams on any given Saturday can beat sec teams. Not saying they are better but they can win them.
