Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't this a UM, FSU, and Wisconsin battle for a while? And then Bielema goes to Arkansas, and Arkansas suddenly jumps in the picture for Collins?

Collins to the U has been a poorly-kept secret for a long time, IMO.

The only way Arkansas could be confident is $$$$$.

How else would that make sense? Kid is from here, family and GF want him here. Has been around the program, would be a perfect fit, immediate playing time, close friends and bonds with current players and recruits, and his tie to Arkansas? His coach has a hard on for Bielema? GTFOH. Only way they could be confident is they bought him, real talk. What else would be pushing him there?

My first reaction is that isn't a good sign.

But at this point in the recruiting cycle my head isn't right. I just want this to be over already.
