Seemed like they must have had a lot trouble finding Alumni pitching and specifically recent Alumni pitchers. Harold Martinez really did everyone a big favor by eating all those innings in the middle of the game (and having decent command).

Dorian Sr and Michael Rudman, but you're talking 30 and 15ish years on respectively. I did miss the name of the last Alumni pitcher.

They were very much the missing pitchers that either graduated recently and didn't play pro ball or played pro ball and just hit the end of the line that made the game reasonably competitive.

I could be wrong, but visually the intro line for the alumni seemed a little lighter than usual this year in general.
