To me, Briscoe really isn't under-the-radar. Just wasn't discovered until late in the game. Kid could've been a high 4*-5* if he would have attended camps, in my opinion. Guy is already a MANIMAL.

He didn't attend camps and was under the radar until the playoffs, where he destroyed opposing teams offenses and put on a clinic. He was named Team MVP at the State Championship Game.
