And I'm not buying that wait & see what we do on the field talk either, FSU hasn't won jack sh*t in 2 years & kids still commit to them with no problem. It's one thing for an offensive player to be hesitant but if you're a Defensive player you should already know what Miami is all about.

There's just something that tells me right now...That they don't take all 3 of Hodges, Bermudez, Pough. I'm wondering if they'd make Bermudez wait. Just a thought? Do you have an opinion there between those 3?

As for the FSU comparison...I hear ya. But you know **** well it doesn't apply to FSU...Kids hold every quarter of every game result over UM's head. They go to FSU no matter what. Where it evens out is that when UM is going strong...It fields some of the best teams you have ever seen in the history of the game, and **** near dynasties. FSU gets kids no matter what, but their best years ain't are best years!

I'm thinking it's a first come first serve situation.

I would take all 3, I think Bermudez & Pough are probably more athletic than Hodges right now but all of them have high upside. Imo, I would take 4 corners this class we probably won't but I think we should load up at DB. I'm high on Jalen Harrell too he's a take all day in this class.

I think the best strategy is to get the kids in that want to be Canes early & allow them to get familiar with each other on visits & team events like BBQ's/ Miami Nights/ Paradise etc.. Then continue to recruit & keep in contact with other prospects that may be interested & if one of the early committed kids decommits or re-opens their recruitment immediately replace him with another prospect.

I'm good with whatever they do as long as we don't put all our eggs in one basket, get burned then are forced to scramble at the last minute with late offers & late visits for kids that aren't coming.

I swear my thoughts exactly. I won’t do it. First TC then tyrique now this kid. And he has no personal or geographic connections to the program. But man those visors are insanity

Cavazos wants to be here. I don’t think Davis has quite as much interest at the moment. We’ll see. But Cavazos is a very mature kid with very steady guidance. He’s not an emotional, flaky kid. He’s very focused on his brand and his future. I think Miami is squarely in this kid’s crosshairs.

Is he really visiting again tomorrow? He was just here. That’d be gigantic.
