ESPNU ACC preview

The SEC love is going to continue until somebody other than a school from the SEC wins the national championship.

Not going to happen. They clearly said that the $ec championship winner automatically gets one of the spots and that a one Lose acc team has not shot over any other conference. It's basically $ec team wins championship gets in and if another team from $ec has one lose they own the second spot

Not only that, they implied a 1 loss SEC team gets in before an undefeated ACC team.

Are you implying an undefeated SEC champion would not deserve a spot in the title game?

Or a one-loss SEC team over, say, an undefeated Notre Dame or Lousiville?

And until someone actually beats an SEC team in a title game, I find all the *****ing...well... rather *****-***.

This. They lose and say Louisville lose to a top 25 team wins conference they belong over a $ec team that has a lose and doesn't win their division championship. By your theory the playoff should just be the top 4 sec teams if they have 1 lose? $ec carried by top heavy teams and that's it. To say no other team could play with them is bull****.

This is why we needed a 4 team playoff 10 years ago. 2004 was the year of 4 undefeateds...........usc, okla.,auburn and Utah. Auburn and Utah got the short end of the stick. Bama fans say the opposite since it has worked wonderfully for them the last 2 years.

Honestly, E$PN doesn't even try to be unbias and balanced anymore. CBS is probably the best at talking about college football. When was the last time you heard ESPN give a detailed break down of CUSA, Mountain West or the Sun Belt, CBS does every other day.

I bet the folks at E$PN can't even tell you who's the starting quarterback at Wake Forest, yet they can tell you the 3rd string back at EVERY SEC school.

Honestly, f*** E$ECPN. There really is no excuse for the $EC slurpfest that's going on, when in reality based on the last 4 years, that conference is really Alabama & Everybody Else.

If Alabama wins another natty, it will make 4 chips in 5 years for Nick Saban. If that happens, I don't want to hear a word about a conference that is living off the coattails of ONE COACH!!!!

Honestly, what the ACC needs is for Miami to come back! Miami needs to be the best team in the Coastal EVERY DARN YEAR!

The Atlantic Division, starting next season, will be home to perennial Top 25 teams in Florida State, Clemson & Louisville.

Yet the Coastal Division won't ever be on par with those three unless Miami is leading the pack. Virginia Tech will never be 12-0 great under Frank Beamer. North Carolina will make strides but Larry Fedora, ever since his Southern Miss days, has always found ways to lose 2 games nobody expects him to lose. What this conference needs is for The U to show it's division rivals there's between playing football and being a FOOTBALL SCHOOL! When Miami gets to the point where coaches are getting fired for being embarrased routinely by Miami and the Cane Hate returns, then will we have achieved our potential.

But we can't let Clemson, Florida State and Louisville ever be the only schools people really take seriously when it comes to the gridiron in this conference.

An Undefeated Miami will always have an Unrestricted Shot at a National Title. Always. Point. Blank. Period.

Clemson and FSU slurpfest with some sprinkling in of the SEC dominance. They don't consider any other team as a legitimate contender to win the ACCCG
Ummmm what do u expect really they have recruited better than the rest of the ACC especially Fsuck, its smart to pick them because they play D. If and when we play D and recruit top to bottom better D guys we will be there. This year we find out if its the scheme or the developement of that side3 of the ball. I have Fsuck winning the ACC against us because there D is way further along than ours. Ima defense guy and good Ds can stop great Os its hapens to Oregon every year.
Hopefully if we play them we steal it.

most of the sec doesnt play any offense either outside of a couple schools. UGA and tamu put up points and yards on bama last season. UGa couldve won had time not run out on em at bamas five yard line

Louisville is not a perennial top 25 team. Once Teddy Bridgewater leaves, they will crash and burn. They haven't recruited **** in Florida since that one year of coaching transition from Shannon to Golden, and they're living off that.

We'll be back. I think North Carolina could be a good team in the future, and Virginia has some upside. Even Georgia Tech, if they ever got rid of that gimmick offense, could be a very good football team.

Kevin Carters *** blinking *** is going to be mad when Miami kicks Clemson *** in the ACCCG this year

Im jus sayin based on like media or whomever picking fsu and clemson, those 2 teams recruit the best talent the past 3 or 4 years so of course u have to pick them. If we recruited defensively like fsu we would be number 1 in the country.....There DL recruiting we need or maybe its dorito who knows.

But u cant expect for every to pick UM when we fielded a D like last year with 9 of those guys back. When outsiders look at it like that they wil not pick us because of the players or scheme. We will find out this year though
