Where's the lie? Mario Cristobal is not it. This feels more like the Randy Shannon failed era. Former alum. Started with five wins, then 7 wins, then 9 wins, back to 7 wins. Fired. Mario is more egregious because of the amount of money and resources he has at his disposal to really do nothing of significance here. Complete trash.

You can hate Finebaum all you want, and most do. But you can't be upset when you handed him proof to push his narrative.

If Miami stomped the life out of every opponent other than these 2 losses, the debate might be different, especially after the UGA/GT game. But most Miami haters already considered the VT game a loss with the hail mary debate. The Cal game easily could have been a loss. So the narrative coming into Syracuse was this team winning on luck and smoke/mirrors more than talent, so losing in that fashion, with poor defense once again and blowing a 21-point lead, gives these guys all they needed for clickbait and views.

So many fans enjoy the "us vs the world" mentality......until it works against you. You can't have it both ways.

definitely should let the next DC pick his own guys, that’s not debatable. The question is will he move on from Guidry. Getting scored on over 30pts is inexcusable. It makes sense why we hang a lot of points on other teams, #1 offense in the country, but there have been so many mid offenses that have had there best performances of their season against this defense. He needs to go.

Yall can nitpick the offense all day, but Dawson is not leaving unless it’s on his own accord and he doesn’t deserve to be moved on from. The offense will take a step back if they don’t start prioritizing dynamic QBs in the portal and high school recruiting. Ward’s IQ and ability to move in the pocket and honestly get yards using his legs makes him dynamic. There’s multiple ways to be dynamic, and I don’t see a single current qb on the roster or in the class that is dynamic. Just a whole bunch of mid guys that don’t excel at anything, whether that’s accuracy, athleticism, or IQ. Dawson and Mario have to address that position over the offseason.
