I really thought a State Attorney in Trailerhassee with an undergraduate degree and law degree from FSU was going to give a case to FSU's star QB before the BCS Championship game. What was I thinking?

My favorite part of the whole report is when she describes the attacker as a black male with "Asian looking eyes." This bish even squints when the lights are off!

How about the fact that she said that Winston needed a haircut? Wasn't keep that **** tight.

It's pretty sad. Basically she got assaulted, reported it to the police, did everything right. The cops just basically took Winston's word over hers and all the witnesses and everyone in the city backed Winston due to his status. Sad.

The witnesses who gave the statements were Chris Casher and Ronald Darby.
