already a slight problem, there's a rivals video interview with Lane where the interviewer asks him which coach has the best relationship with him, and, what does he say? Barrow? nope. "T-Rob". A stinkin gatuh.....that really ****ed me off.

Robinson is from Miami and is their S FL guy. He has a relationship with a lot of S FL kids.

Robinson's name comes up quite a bit but I don't think he has beaten Miami out for a south Florida kid yet..
Couple things to add:
Academics is the most important thing to his mom. Wants to visit Bama and a few other schools this summer.

That ****** RB talked a lot about academics. I think it's the new canned response. Always mention the importance of academics.
I have coached Herbert Waters and I am currently coaching Lane at Homestead Sr High. I won't spill the beans but he definitely has some interest in Miami. Michael Barrows is not Lane's mothers aunt but they do have a close relationship. It does help the fact that Herb is playing at the U but he is also real "tight" with "Coop" at Bama. The kid is an outstanding athlete and very coachable. I look forward to Lane going against double and combo coverage into his senior season. (No Beans Spilled)

Naw not as of yet.. They've been giving him looks but dont show full interest in Mario as much as FIU. Mario is a complete WR. Great routes, excellent hands, but lacks the size and the speed of Lane. He'll be highly recruited after this years season.
Can't truly say his thoughts on Golden but he's a die hard U fan since his Pop Warner days. He loves the Miami atmosphere and speaks highly of the University.
I think he's a great coach. He has a great relationship with his players, he's a great motivator and is very effective when coaching.
