He's got a smooth, long stride that eats up ground. Also has a surprising wiggle for a guy his height. His YouTube highlights are very impressive. Looks like he could even project well as a center field, ball hawking type FS.

Yea he's a nasty FS, it's just not very often you find an offensive weapon like this

I knew Waters was his teammate. Had no idea Barrow was related. That's good news.... And thanks, Peter, for the correction on Worton. I thought he was at Homestead, not South Dade. But I see you are correct.

Lane has better hands, better body control, better height

Watkins has a little more quickness or burst.... ie gets up to top speed a bit quicker

Andre Johnson had the best of all worlds.

This Ermon Lane kid is "elite," to steal an Al Golden phrase. Five star.

How does he compare with Sammy Watkins at the same stage?
