Eric Vance Named Assistant Director of Operations

Double major, with one of them mathematics...I don't know if they have anything in place now, but it would be a nice thing for them to set up some financial education for the players while at Miami. It should be mandatory.

Stuck out to me. That's an educated individual.
A graduate of Vanderbilt with a double major in mathematics and secondary education, he was a four-year starter and team captain for the Commodores. He later earned his master’s degree in educational leadership from USF.

Yessir.

Shannon hires Ice Harris, Golden hires this guy. What a difference.

Is this a Golden hire? Or a President/ AD hire? Either way, it's the correct direction.

It's a football hire, so it's a Golden hire. Just because Vance is smart doesn't mean that he needs to be hired by the President.
