Emory Williams

His freshman year? You mean when he put his life on the line trying to win a game against our rival and single handedly beat Clemson with one of the ballsiest performances you’ll see?

Sure, guy.

The threw for 151 yards with 1 TD and 1 INT against Clemson. The defense won that game.

He would have zero P4 interest in the portal. I imagine he’s content with being a backup who can compete for job again in 25 assuming nickel doesn’t pass him…. If that happens he’s off to a very low tier school. My guess is FCS level but I’m not that confident he would even land at that level as a sure fire starter.
He isn’t competing for a job here, he’s an emergency starter at best. Kid has heart and I wish him the best but dude is not a good thrower of the football.

He broke his arm, give him the starting job lol.
Not sure if srs dude. Single handedly? He wasn’t good in those games especially fsu.

Hard to say. I don’t think Emory stays if he’s QB3.

Judd is actually talented. The size and athleticism is real and he’s an easy thrower. The unknown is how he will process when he faces first and second-team defenses.
I thought Judd was impressive his senior year, though obviously very raw. Natural thrower which has been my concern with Emory since high school, I just don’t think many guys that aren’t smooth throwers become that.

I’ll be curious how Judd’s development goes, whether it’s at Miami or somewhere else.

If Emory does move on, I hope our fan base is respectful. He wasn’t the best quarterback, but the dude put his body on the line against FSU and made some clutch throws against Clemson. By all accounts, he’s an awesome person. I wish him luck no matter where he ends up and I’ll be rooting for him to succeed.

If Emory hits the portal he might as well retire from football. He's NOT getting a P4 offer. He won't be handed a starting job in the group of 5 either. So then what? Drop down to the FCS?

His future is not in football. Sticking around and getting his degree vs compete at the FCS level? He'd be a fool to transfer.
