Not sure if it's been televised before, but SportsCenter just ran a piece of an interview with Emmert in which he sees nothing wrong with Najjar's letter to the judge and denies that the NCAA is guilty of LOIC. He also stated that he doesn't believe that evidence obtained by waving money in front of a convicted, bankrupt felon (the NCAA saying that they could use Shapiro "in the future as a consultant and/or speaker to educate our membership") in any way taints the testimony of said bankrupt felon.
