I cant believe you guys are TOTALLY missing Phillip Bs point..What he is trying to say is that Al comes in here preaching that "discipline, accountability, repetition" and all that other BS are the keys to your NEW culture but this team has ZERO discipline (maybe off the field but I dont give a **** about that) and ZERO accountability (If they did then Donofrio would resign after the season) and of course we have repetition because we keep getting beat by the same plays every week.
and on a side note, I have met alot of former players when I party in VIP in clubs on South Beach and alot of them use to party at Opium at the Hard Rock and believe me when I tell you they dont count the time period between 2005-2011 as hurricane football. They have striken that period from the record book. So when he says "since 1983" he means from 1983-2004. (And obviously taking out the probation years). Just sayin..
