I know 12 and 13 personel may not excite people, but, with TEs like Riley and Skinner, not many LBs will be able to run with these guys.

What should excite UM fans is getting playmakers ont he field. If we have a lot of playmakers at TE then we should be running a lot of TE’s in 12 or 13 personnel. Imagine being the d-coordinator having to deal with 2 TE sets with any (2) this year of Mallory, Arroyo and Skinner; and next year with any (2) and sometimes all three of Arroyo, Skinner and Williams. Other than Clemson and maybe TAM, no one has the personnel at LB to deal with this. Its a mismatch every time.

Yeah, people see 12 personnel and they assume two in-line TE's. I love Williams' film of 12 personnel with him at the slot or even split out wide. This will create some real headaches for opposing defenses.
