Amazing we always make good impression on these kids that go elsewhere. Kiss of death statement

Coach Taylor loves this kid and I can see why. 6'4" 205 lbs is just fine for a DE prospect who hasn't even begun his senior year if the coaches think that his frame can add weight easily. I'm sure that the coaches see Rudolph as a 6'6" 245+ lbs DE with a great first step and the natural athleticism to bend and dip his way to multiple sacks. I really want Rudolph in this class.6’4 205 is light for what we seem to be looking for. Smaller than our LBs. And Safeties in some respect.
Me too. Would be nice to at least split Rudolph and Lightfoot. Both announcing same day or close to it.Coach Taylor loves this kid and I can see why. 6'4" 205 lbs is just fine for a DE prospect who hasn't even begun his senior year if the coaches think that his frame can add weight easily. Finally watched that podcast, and the way I heard it is, anyone they are giving attention to at DL is a +1. If they want in we will let them in is how I heard it.I was surprised to see @DMoney lump him in with the rest of the +1 DLs
Nope definitely not getting Rudolph now lolSame day as lightfoot? Not sure if that’s a good thing

I dont think we have much of a chance with this kid, but could be wrong.Oh brother the trolls will be unbearable if we go 0/2 lol.
Quite possible. Rudolph likely Michigan, then its if we did enough to move Lightfoot off OhioOh brother the trolls will be unbearable if we go 0/2 lol.

Those goals were put out by the staff. Thats who Gaby and them man been getting it from. This will come down to Money.Ppl probably wouldn’t troll as much if others didn’t state over and over and over again that Mario is going to bring in the monster d-line class. Same as the OL last year.
So much hype on this board about the DL. I think we end up with a solid DL class but the board/Gabby/Geo has put possibly an unrealistic goal out there over and over so yeah ppl are going to complain if he doesn’t materialize.
What ppl need to realize is getting elite DT is extremely hard. They are extremely limited in quantity and usually the $EC, o$U and teams like that pay tons of money to secure the top ones each year.
DE is a little easier to get top guys at the position cause there are more and Mario has KT he can show as a recruit he got and went 1st rd plus JT now on staff. I feel better about DE than I do DT with big Joe leading the recruiting.
Good post. You state many facts not the least of which is the supply and demand issue with elite DT's. Football at it's core about leverage and Uber talented DT's provide foundational leverage and are therefore in great demand. The issue is there are only so many available each year which makes them quite valuable.Ppl probably wouldn’t troll as much if others didn’t state over and over and over again that Mario is going to bring in the monster d-line class. Same as the OL last year.
