Elias ricks finally offered

Brooklyndee stays winning on this site as of late. Never doubted the dude but literally everything he's been saying has been spot on for a while now.

He doesn’t give us as much info anymore. Probably because so many of you keyboard warriors were trying to Calling him out all the time.

But the information he does give us still, is better than anything else we get. (And that isn’t meant as a slight to the staff here they do a great job). Good Dude man seems to really live by the standard that being a Cane For Life is all about.

Straight facts. Guy is as true & die hard Cane as a anyone and honestly belongs on our recruiting staff in some capacity because he is that plugged in.
 
Win like the big boys then recruit like the big boys. We have a lot to offer when were winning. We have pulled elite out of state recruits when we were winning. Even when we werent. How did we land Seantrel? Aurthur Brown? Jeff Thomas? DJ Johnson? Brevin? ****, most of our fans are so shell shocked, they think we dont stand a chance on landing local guys that the sec powers want. How did we land Tracy? Bush? Flowers? C. Thomas? Donaldson? Hall? Pope?

We miss on guys, but we have been able to land some pretty big fish while being irrelevant for an eternity. A lot of our fans forget what were capable of when it comes to recruiting. ****, if we didnt play like hot ***, we probably would of landed Haslewood this cycle. If we show we win, and put players in the league, youl have a lot of players that rather play in Miami then ******* Tuscalosca.
 
USC is going to hire Urban and he is going to get this kid. Mater dei is a USC feeder( yes I know bru McCoy just went to Texas). Also he probably isn't sticking with LSU, whens the last time they got a big time kid from Cali?

I would never do that and I didn’t mean “he gives us less” As a negative. Just that the information is usually a bit more vague. And like I said I can’t blame him for making that change considering some of the reactions he would get.

Really? Our DB class was just saved by a 4* from Bama because the SFL mythical *3 all star decided to commit to FSU 3 weeks after he was offered after being committed for months.

But I need to recruit more of these guys? Have you learned nothing from the last 48 hours?
 
1 thing i would like to know though. Why does it take us so long to offer some of these guys. I dont understand how theres some guys that are ranked #1 at there position, and posters here know there interest before our coaches.

Well in Ricks and Wingo’s case it’s because they’re West Coast kids and obviously you would prefer a kid closer to you because it’s easier for them to visit/recruit. Just because they’re the number 1 player at a position still doesn’t mean they fit what you want to do (go watch the Dabo video) and you want kids who fit. For a kid like T Lee it’s a toss up...that’s an offer you sit back and ask “what the heck took so long”. Btw offering Wingo and Ricks still took forever.

Milton is the type of incomparable talent you go all in to recruit until you hear a firm no.

For the past few years it’s felt like the program is working with its hands tied. Cmr seemed to loosen things up but not enough. Seeing the kids Clemson and bama offer but we don’t has seemed odd.
Yes we have a hotbed of football in Florida but Milton and rings and others can play anywhere but why we don’t go after them has been a mystery. The only thing I can think of is money and resource. It’s expensive to go all over the country and why do it when a lot of kids are here. Well sht ain’t been working and every new staff has some demands and conditions. Maybe manny said we need to expand the recruiting and marketing budget and go get these kids that are more likely to come here than the sofla snowflakes bent over waiting for that sec nut.

Says Miami is in the running to receive an OV from him says he talks with Rumph and diaz, says he is still solid to LSU and it would take a coaching change to seriously consider flipping, but wants to do his due diligence in seeing other schools.

If for some reason it’s not LSU it will be Ohio St.
