I would love to see EJ step into the hole DP leaves when he declares.. But that ain't happening.. How many 'second' chances has he had already?
 
Our goons need to be smarter goons, and not get caught up with their goon activities. This team misses his grit greatly.
 
EJ learned a great lesson in life.

Opportunities are few.

Better take full advantage of each one, and subordinate personal stupidity.
 
Just based on that nonsensical tweet (i.e. I'll cut my hair off), it's pretty clear why he was in trouble all the time. It seems like his thought processes are out of whack.

Having said that, he was a special talent because he was an explosive player who played fast. He wasn't always in the right place, but he jumped off the screen, and we don't really have many of those guys right now. With the state of our defense, if I'm Corch Al I let him come back and view his season away as a punishment. Put him on the same zero tolerance policy that Arkansas Baptist and Loserville put Michael Dyer on.

Losing G Paul and Eddie hurt badly. Those two were very active LB's who consistently recorded double digit tackles per game. Imagine having

G Paul - MLB
E Johnson - SLB
D Perryman- WLB

Eddie seems to think he does. Do you work in the administrative offices or have direct access there? Or are you basing this on scuttlebutt that you've heard from other people? Serious question.
 
Remember, we spend millions of dollars on coaches and facilities not to be good at football, but to make sure kids who couldn't care less about anything but football get good grades so Shalala can feel good about herself.
