Eddie Johnson - I Know This Has Already Been Answered Here..

AL wants EJ to be a leader...if you were at the USF game..he was held out after being suspended for the UVA game....late in the USF he was put in and received a personal foul for a stupid play....he then was yanked out per team rules....Mcgee tried to talk to him and he was very obviously upset with coaches and some players.....

I am sure Al said that was it you are done for the year..

EJ will be fine and will be a very vocal leader for us...All just needs these younger guys to act like upperclassmen and that is hard....

Golden said on the Crowder show he had a "positive and productive talk" with EJ today.
 
Living in AZ, I got to watch while Vontaze Burfict ran roughshod over Erickson. Great talent who I loved watching, but he never was forced to accept any accountability for his mistakes.

I am a big EJ fan but I like what Al is doing with him.

Won't get into specifics, but no crime or drugs or anything like that. He just needs to improve his attitude.

He and his mother were at the football banquet Sunday and they were all in good spirits. Everybody wants him to succeed and he still has a great opportunity.

Are Brandon McGee and Eddie Johnson related? Seems every time Johnson's name gets brought up (for the wrong reasons) it's Brandon who is sitting him down for a "heart to heart." I also remember McGee's parents and Eddie's mom showing up in Chicago together. Just curious
